Wonderful experience! I called to get a quote for having my tile roof cleaned. Joshua came out that very same day to check out my roof and give me an estimate. He was very professional and did a great job explaining the process. He quoted me on the spot and made an appointment for just a few days later. Giovanni and his partner arrived on time the day of the appointment and went over everything with me before the service began. They took a lot of care to protect my bushes, grass and plants by covering them and using water to hose them down. The entire cleaning of my two story roof was complete in a few hours or so. The team cleaned everything up, and were both very kind and helpful. The roof looks BRAND NEW! Please see the before and after photos of a few different areas of my roof. We used this company today. Our house needed a real wash as well driveway and fence. I spoke with Allison by email and she was very responsive. I had an appt for Wednesday, 9/21. Later the same afternoon she called and said a team member was available for the same day and he can be at our house in 2hrs. Dylan was at our house in 2hrs on time. He was very professional and did an amazing job. The house, fence and drive looked brand new. Very happy with the service and price. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you Dylan!

Everyone employed by Xcellent Xteriors is professional and courteous. They make scheduling easy and simple and they do a fantastic job. Every time I think I should paint my house, they prove it’s just dirty. ❤️ And successfully make it look like new. It also leaves my porch areas smelling fresh and clean which can be comforting in our hot, stifling Florida summers. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a house pressure washed or gutters cleaned. You won’t be disappointed. The prices are great and if you’re smart, you can take advantage of their many “specials” and get a little discount.

Excellent Exteriors has always done a great job for me, whether it’s Pressure Washing or putting up my Christmas lights. For the past several years, they do quality work, and if there’s an issue, they come back to rehang your lights that may have fallen during windy days or bulbs that are too high for you to reach within a very reasonable 24 to 48 hours, depending on their availability. If you’re looking for a quality, veteran-owned business, look no further. These folks are fantastic.

We have used Xcellent Xteriors before to clean our home exterior, pool enclosure, and deck and loved the work they did. We didn’t even know, until recently, that they ALSO CLEAN, SAND, and SEAL PAVERS!!! Ours looked pretty bad, but I didn’t know a lot about what to do about it. Ryan and Joncy gave me a crash course in paver care. They couldn’t have been more patient, understanding, and professional about my questions and concerns. Ryan measured the square footage of our pavers, explained the process, and gave me a very well put together folder of helpful information, proof of licensing and insurance, as well as our estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable, based on my research, and even lower than my expectations due to a package discount for the work to be done. Our tech, Joncy, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and extremely hard working. He was prompt and excellent with communication on a daily basis. He let me know each day, when he arrived and when he was leaving and informed me about his progress and what to expect. Allyson, in the office was quick to return phone calls and texts and to keep me in the loop about what to expect. My family is astounded in the difference in our pavers. This was a really great experience with a top-notch, veteran owned, hometown business with some really nice, friendly, and professional staff who take a great deal of pride in their work and how they treat people. We highly recommend Xcellent Xteriors highly for pressure washing AND PAVER SANDING and RESEALING.

The company from the beginning was very friendly, they sent me a text with a 2 hour window and were here promptly like 15 minutes before the beginning of the window. The gentleman that came out gave it his all in an effort to clean my driveway as HOA was getting on me about a stain. I had been looking to have my pavers cleaned, sanded and sealed and contacted multiple companies, non of which returned my calls. I saw my neighbor using Xcellent to have their house pressure washed. First time I had called them. Excellent service through the office, met with a smile each time and had answers to my questions. Very helpful. But aside from the quality work Luis, my tech is the reason I will continue to call this company when needed. I had scheduled a soft wash for my home and asked if he could clean gutters….he checked the gutters and told me there was only a few leaves, but due to not having a lot of debris, he suggested I not have it cleaned this time! HONESTY- quality, and professionalism, are what will keep me calling Xcellent Xteriors! Luis, never stopped smiling from the time he arrived until he left….and was very prompt in arriving, texted me when on his way. Xcellant Xteriors is my go to for all my exterior cleaning needs! They were amazing from start to finish. They provided easy and flexible scheduling. Their tech was on time on the scheduled date And was super polite and diligent in the work that they did. Not only did they wash our house they also did the sidewalks, pool, deck, and Both The top and underneath sides of our upper deck. We will definitely be calling them again.

We had incredible service by Xcellent Xteriors. I sent an email request asing for a quote on a Tuesday which was completed the next day. Two days later, I had someone at the house cleaning my pool deck and cage, patio, sidewalks, driveway, gutters, and backyard pavers. The price was right and the service was outstanding. Everything looks amazing and we intend to use them more often.

I have a decorative concrete area in my front yard… it looks amazing now. He even pressure washed the patio furniture that I thought might need to be trashed because it had gotten so dirty!
